Il riscaldamento globale non potrà arrestarsi se non si provvederà anche a modificare quel che mangiamo e il modo in cui lo produciamo. Partendo dal problema cruciale del consumo di risorse e dello spreco alimentare esploriamo le possibili soluzioni.
The food system is responsible for one third of greenhouse gas emissions. Global warming will not stop unless we also change what we eat and how we produce it. Starting from the crucial problem of resource consumption and food waste, we explore possible solutions.
